Why come

A month to dial in. Without distractions.

The premise is simple. You bring the work you keep promising yourself you’ll do — the rewrite, the cofounder conversation, the launch you keep pushing — and we take care of everything else.

No Slack pings during dinner. No fridge to stare into at 3pm. No commute. Three meals a day on a beach in the Gulf of Thailand, with people who can tell when you’re stuck and have ideas about it.

Long-form focus

1 month, no shorter. The cohort works because everyone is here for the full month.

Room to think

7 acres of tropical garden, a private beach, hammocks, kayaks, and a national park trail at the edge of the resort.

Useful neighbours

15 — 40 founders, operators, and nomads. Curated by application. Demo nights weekly.

Nothing to manage

Three meals a day. Fast wifi. Bikes. Linen. Spa on-site. The cognitive overhead of life, set to zero.

Rooms & pricing

Three room types, single occupancy.

All rates are for the full month, single occupancy, in US dollars. Three meals a day, wifi, bikes and kayaks included. The cohort is single-occupancy only.

What’s included

Light structure. Loud focus.

Almost every hour is yours. Three things on the calendar each week, all optional, all designed to make the work go better.

01

Co-working

Daily, all day

A dedicated covered space with fibre wifi. Power backup. UTC+7 puts you in overlap with EU mornings and US evenings.

02

Yoga & movement

Mornings, 7:00 — optional

Beach-side mat practice with a rotating teacher. Plus open kayaks, complimentary bicycles, and a 6 km trail through the national park.

03

Demo nights

Weekly, Thursdays

Show what you shipped that week. 2 minutes each, no slides required. The rest of the table reacts. The kitchen sends out a long dinner after.

04

Communal meals

3× daily

Breakfast, lunch, dinner — buffet and family-style. Vietnamese home cooking and international dishes. Every dietary requirement accommodated; just tell us in advance.

Who’s coming

A small, mixed cohort.

15 to 40 people. We curate by application — not by stage or pedigree, but by whether you’ll show up for the people next to you.

Founders
Pre-seed through Series B. Solo and co-founders both.
Operators
Heads of product, eng, design, growth — at companies you’d recognise.
Nomads
Senior ICs and consultants who already work remote. Bringing real work.
Writers & researchers
A few seats reserved for long-form writers and independent researchers.
Frequently asked

Practical questions.

Fly into Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC). The resort is a 35-minute taxi north along the coast. We can arrange the pickup for $25 USD; just let us know your flight.
Vietnam offers e-visas for most passports (apply online, 3–5 business days). Phu Quoc also has a 30-day visa-free entry policy for foreign visitors arriving directly to the island.
Yes. Fibre line to the property with a Starlink failover. We pressure-tested it with video calls during the planning visit. If the cable goes down (rare), Starlink takes over automatically.
Unfortunately no. The cohort is curated for people who want to dial in for the full month without distractions — having partners or family at the property would dilute that. We’ll explore partner-friendly formats in the future.
Flights, visas, travel insurance (required — see below), drinks at the bar, spa treatments, and any local excursions you organise. Everything inside the property gate — room, three meals, wifi, bikes, kayaks, programming — is in the monthly rate.
Full payment is due on booking via secure card payment (or bank transfer on request). All bookings are non-refundable — we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover illness, flight disruption, or change of plans.
